Lost & Found
Dear Creatures,
the items we found were brought to Berlin and can be picked up there.
To help us find your lost items: Please only contact us via lostandfound@mysticcreatures.de and describe the lost item in as much detail as possible: Brand, color, size, etc. would help us a lot :)
If possible, attach a picture as well. For the phones, it would be very helpful to know how your screen looks (e.g. lock screen image, cracks, or other details).
What about the lost & found from the bus companies? If you lost something on one of the buses, please reach out directly to the bus company via michal@wirazbus.pl , it has its own Lost & Found process. We recommend contacting them as soon as possible.

Cashless Refund
To Refund your remaining Balance please log in down below into your Weeze Account via your E-Mail and password. Then, connect your 6 digit Wristband ID on the back side of your Chip if not done yet. Now you see your remaining Balance as well as all transactions. Below the remaining Balance you can find a Refund Button. There you can enter your Iban for your refund. Refunds will be processed via Bank transfer in a couple of days. If you only topped up with Credit card you can use the refund via Credit card Option. This will take a little longer.

After an incredibly beautiful first edition on the island of the Mystic Creatures, we want to invite you to return to paradise with us.
Far out in the woods, surrounded by a beautiful lake, there is a mystic island. The creatures found a home there, where they can be as they truly are - wild and independent. Our roots started to grow deeply into the soil of this beautiful island and we are ready to tap into another fairytale with you. Join us on our journey and become a part of the mystic family.
The Creatures Corner in the north-east, the Mystic Ground in the south-east, the Freaky Forest in the center, the Spirit Space in the west, the Funky Station in the south-west and a reinvented Circus Tent in the south of the island are waiting to become alive again.
Come on board to weave the threads of dreams into another great adventure with us to create, celebrate and embrace this unique moment of our lives together. Let’s lift our spirits being surrounded by the sheer beauty of our beloved mother nature. Let’s release the creatures that are hidden inside us and celebrate a weekend full of art, culture, community and mystic madness. Let’s sail together to the island of the Mystic Creatures.
